By engaging the services of Photon Ink Limited, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before proceeding with any service request.
1. Service Engagement and Payment
• Payment Requirement: All service fees must be paid in full or via an agreed-upon partial payment plan before any work commences. Work will not be initiated until the required payment has been confirmed by Photon Ink Limited.
• Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made to Photon Ink Limited are strictly non-refundable. By processing payment, the Client acknowledges that Photon Ink Limited incurs immediate resource costs, including administrative time and intellectual labor, upon the commencement of a project.
2. Project Scope and Modifications
• Minor Adjustments: We are happy to accommodate minor edits, clarifications, or adjustments that fall within the original scope of the research project at no additional cost to the Client.
• Significant Modifications: Photon Ink Limited reserves the sole right to determine whether a requested change constitutes a "Significant Modification." Any change in research topic or structural methodology that necessitates a substantial restart will attract additional fees.
3. Corrections and Revisions
• Revision Process: Clients are encouraged to reach out regarding necessary corrections or guidance to ensure the output aligns with original agreed goals.
4. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
• Confidentiality: Photon Ink Limited guarantees strict confidentiality of all client research data and personal information.
• Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client retains rights to the final output rendered.
5. Limitation of Liability
• Final submission, review, and application of research remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
